STORY BEHIND MUGGLE OF JUGS

I've always been captivated by the artistry of ancient Greek pottery, which beautifully blends function with storytelling.

The Greeks used their ceramic vessels for everything—carrying water, storing wine, and religious rites. Yet, what captivates me most is how these practical items were also canvases for storytelling, intricately decorated with scenes from Greek mythology that celebrated their gods and goddesses.

With "Muggle of Jugs," I aimed to weave this historical grandeur into a design that feels both ancient and immediate. The wallpaper comes in two colourways: a fresh blue that echoes the serene waters of the Aegean Sea, and a traditional terracotta, reminiscent of the very earth that shaped these artefacts.

Each choice not only adds a historical dimension to your space but serves as a homage to the artistry of a civilisation that found beauty in everyday objects. It's my way of bringing a piece of ancient Greece into our modern homes, turning everyday spaces into realms of myth and beauty.
