Interviews: January · Start date: early 2026
Pay: Dependent on experience
Annika Reed Studio is looking for a highly organised Operations & Studio Assistant to join our growing studio of three. This role is perfect for someone who loves a beautifully ordered spreadsheet as much as a beautifully decorated room and who’s happy balancing practical studio tasks with smooth, behind the scenes organisation.
The position is studio based on Mondays, with the opportunity for more days as the business expands and responsibilities increase.
ABOUT ANNIKA REED STUDIO
Wallpaper and fabric set the scene at Annika Reed Studio, a visual soundtrack for the home inspired by folklore, theatre, Victorian curiosities, and the everyday magic of Somerset. Every design begins with traditional woodblock printing, a slow craft that brings depth, character, and charm to modern interiors.
As an award winning and fast growing studio, we create and ship wallpapers and fabrics worldwide from our base in Frome. With a growing collection and a busy year ahead, we’re looking for someone who can help keep the studio running smoothly and support the operational heart of the business.

Raising invoices and processing customer and trade orders with accuracy and care
Packing and sending samples
Working with shipping companies and handling customs requirements
Managing stock levels, monitoring sample supplies, and keeping the studio running like clockwork
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets (you’ll need to genuinely enjoy them)
Purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships
Supporting Ecommerce tasks.
Light PA and admin support, including inbox organisation, scheduling, and keeping the day in hand
Assisting with blog development and content preparation when needed
General studio management — keeping everything tidy, topped up, and ready for the week ahead
What we’re looking for
PA or admin experience
Excellent spreadsheet and Excel skills (essential)
A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable learning systems and taking ownership of tasks
Experience with Ecommerce; Shopify preferred
Calm, proactive, and able to work independently within a busy creative environment
