DELIVERY

If you would like to speak to me about international delivery or any other enquiries then please contact me on hello@annikareed.com and I will be happy to help.

Please note to reduce waste and to ensure the colour of each batch is the same we print to order on all wallpaper and fabrics. Therefore please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. I will always try my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All other products are aimed to be dispatched within 48 hours if in stock. 

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Some orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

 

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.

 Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales and deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed before you place an order.

Delays to your delivery caused by the delivery companies usedmay be out of our hands, but please let us know of any issues and we will do our best to resolve.
